Our "Stockholm" apartment offers the same high level of spacious functionality as established by our "Paris" and "London” residences. Its elegance and charm are visible in every detail of the 71 m2 living space. The dark floors, pleasantly contrasted by light walls, stress the unique ambiance of this historical building.
As the bedroom faces the backyard, it is an ideal space to rest and relax. The large walk-in closet provides enough space to store your entire luggage as well as your evening wear. The separate yet open kitchen – equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator, a microwave and a knife block – meets every standard of modern functionality. In the comfortable bathroom you will find a bathtub as well as a level-access shower, modern tapware and a window to let the daylight in.
The wrought iron balcony overlooks the channel Elsterkanal and the beautiful Waldstraßenviertel, which combines historical flair and modern urban development in one charming quarter. Within a stone’s throw of the "Stockholm" apartment you can find a variety of renowned museums, cabarets and the popular restaurants and pubs of Leipzig’s city centre. Several banks, grocery stores, bakeries and butcheries located in the nearby commercial street Jahnallee, provide visitors with the practical comforts of a modern city trip.
